Y-3 Short Sleeve High-Neck Top takes the familiar T-shirt and completely rethinks its proportions. Designed by Yohji Yamamoto in collaboration with adidas, the piece features an elongated oversized silhouette, a distinctive sculptural high neckline and a dramatic curved hem that extends lower at the back.
The high neckline is the defining detail. Sitting higher on the neck without becoming a traditional turtleneck, it creates a clean, architectural frame around the upper body and gives the otherwise minimal silhouette an unmistakably directional character.
