At Luxury Kulture, we want your pre-loved treasures to arrive safely and beautifully packaged. Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Domestic (Australia-wide): AU$10

• Express Domestic (Australia-wide): AU$10

• International Shipping: AU$55

Shipping rates are applied at checkout and are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.

Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Domestic: 2–8 business days (metro areas may be faster).

• Express Domestic: 1–3 business days.

• International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Oversized Items (Furniture & Art)

• For oversized or heavy items, such as furniture or large artworks, special shipping arrangements are required.

• These items remain with the consignor until sold. Luxury Kulture will coordinate delivery once the purchase is confirmed.

• The cost of shipping oversized items is payable by the customer and will be quoted separately.

Risk of Loss & Insurance

• Luxury Kulture assumes responsibility for items once they are in our possession.

• If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can assist with resolution under our Shipping Insurance Policy.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by their local government.

• Luxury Kulture is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking details once your item has shipped, allowing you to follow your delivery online.
