At Luxury Kulture, we curate pre-loved luxury with care. Each item tells a story, and part of that story may include gentle wear. We want you to shop with confidence, so we’ve made our return policy clear and fair.

All Sales Are Final

Because our items are second-hand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, fit, or minor signs of wear.

Authenticity & Item Condition

  • Every piece is carefully reviewed and described as accurately as possible, including any notable flaws.

  • Photographs form part of the description—please review them carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions

We will accept a return only if:

  1. The item you receive is materially different from its description or photographs, or

  2. The item has damage not disclosed in the product listing.

If this occurs:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

  • Our team will assess the claim and, if approved, provide a return label or refund.

Final Notes

  • As a marketplace for unique, pre-loved items, replacements are not always possible. In cases where a return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
