Our team manages the full resale process: photography, pricing, marketing, customer service, and shipping. Once your item sells, you receive your earnings within 5 business days via your chosen payment method (Bank Transfer or Paypal).

Our commission is category-specific and tiered by value — meaning the more your piece is worth, the more you keep. You'll always retain a minimum of 65% of your sale price.

Clothing (Women's & Men's)

• Under $1,999 — you keep 65% (35% commission)
• $2,000 – $2,999 — you keep 70% (30% commission)
• $3,000 – $4,999 — you keep 75% (25% commission)
• $5,000 – $5,999 — you keep 80% (20% commission)
• $6,000 and above — you keep 85% (15% commission)

Handbags

• Under $1,499 — you keep 65% (35% commission)
• $1,500 – $3,999 — you keep 70% (30% commission)
• $4,000 – $6,999 — you keep 80% (20% commission)
• $7,000 and above — you keep 85% (15% commission)

Shoes

• Under $1,999 — you keep 65% (35% commission)
• $2,000 and above — you keep 75% (25% commission)

Accessories (Belts, Scarves, Small Leather Goods)

• Under $1,999 — you keep 65% (35% commission)

Fine Jewellery & Watches

• Under $2,999 — you keep 70% (30% commission)

Every rate includes our full-service consignment experience: curation, photography, styling, marketing, platform management, customer service, and fulfilment.

We determine final pricing based on market data, demand, and item condition. Our goal is to price fairly while maximising your return and ensuring a sale.

Your items stay on our site for a standard 3-month consignment period. During that time, we may apply strategic markdowns to encourage a sale:

• After 1 month: 10% reduction

• After 2 months: additional up to 20% off original price

• After 3 months: we’ll return the item unless an extension is requested and approved.

Each item is reviewed for condition, authenticity, and fit with our curation standards. Items must be clean, authentic, and in excellent or better condition.

Yes. A 2.5% transaction fee is deducted from your sale proceeds prior to payout. This covers payment processing costs and is separate from your commission rate.

Your payout is calculated from the final sale price, minus the applicable commission rate and a 2.5% transaction fee that covers payment processing costs. Your commission rate is determined by item category and sale price, you can find the full breakdown in our Consignment Agreement.
