Commission Structure
We don’t use blanket commission rates.
Instead, each item receives its own commission tier based on category and sale price.
Our Commission Rates
We operate on a tiered commission structure based on the type and final sale price of your item. The higher the value, the lower the commission, rewarding investment pieces with better returns.
Our team manages the full resale process: photography, pricing, marketing, customer service, and shipping. Once your item sells, you receive your earnings within 5 business days via your chosen payment method (Bank Transfer or Paypal).
We offer transparent, category-specific commission rates designed to reflect the value of your pieces and reward higher-value items with lower commission percentages. Below is our full breakdown:
Clothing (Women’s & Men’s):
• 35% for items under $1,999
• 30% for items $2,000 – $2,999
• 25% for items $3,000 – $4,999
• 20% for items $5,000 – $5,999
• 15% for items $6,000 and above
Handbags:
• 35% for items under $1,499
• 30% for items $1,500 – $3,999
• 20% for items $4,000 – $6,999
• 15% for items $7,000 and above
Shoes:
• 35% for items under $1,999
• 25% for items $2,000 and above
Accessories (Belts, Scarves, Small Leather Goods):
• 35% for items under $1,999
• 25% for items $2,000 and above
Fine Jewellery & Watches:
• 30% for items under $2,999
• 25% for items $3,000 – $6,999
• 20% for items $7,000 – $9,999
• 15% for items $10,000 and above
Home Décor & Furniture:
• 35% for items under $2,999
• 30% for items $3,000 – $4,999
• 25% for items $5,000 and above
Art & Collectibles:
• 35% for items under $1,999
• 30% for items $2,000 – $4,999

These rates include our full-service consignment experience: curation, photography, styling, marketing, platform management, customer service, and fulfilment.

Once your item sells, payment is processed within 5 business days via your chosen method — bank transfer, PayPal, or store credit. You'll select your preferred option when setting up your consignor account.

Yes. If you're consigning 30 items or more, we offer a custom flat-rate agreement.
This is ideal for stylists, collectors, or anyone looking to edit their wardrobe or space in a meaningful way, with the ease of one negotiated rate and a fully managed process. Contact us directly to discuss eligibility and tailored rates.
If you're based in Sydney and consigning 10 items or more, we offer a complimentary pick-up service.
Outside of Sydney? We’ll cover the cost of postage to make it easy for you.

We determine final pricing based on market data, demand, and item condition. Our goal is to price fairly while maximising your return and ensuring a sale.
Your items stay on our site for a standard 3-month consignment period. During that time, we may apply strategic markdowns to encourage a sale:
• After 1 month: 10% reduction
• After 2 months: additional 15% off original price
• After 3 months: we’ll return the item unless an extension is requested and approved.
