The Essentials

• Gift cards are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD).

• Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase — as required by Australian Consumer Law.

• Available in values from $50 to $500.

• Gift cards can be redeemed only at luxurykulture.com.au.

• Digital delivery only — no physical cards, no wait time.

How to Use It

• Gift cards are applied at checkout using the unique code sent to the recipient's email.

• Can be used across multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted.

• If your cart total exceeds the gift card value, simply pay the remaining balance using any available payment method.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash (unless required by law).

International Purchases

• Yes, you can purchase a Luxury Kulture gift card from anywhere in the world.

• However, the card will be charged in AUD, and currency conversion rates may apply.

• The gift card can only be redeemed on luxurykulture.com.au and shipped to eligible regions listed at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Cards

• Treat your gift card like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift cards.

• If you believe your gift card has been compromised, contact us at info@luxurykulture.com.au with proof of purchase.

What You Can Buy

• Gift cards can be used on any item available at checkout, including fashion, accessories, interiors, art, and collectables.

• Cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

Returns & Exchanges

• Items purchased with a gift card follow our standard return policy.

• If your item is eligible for a return (e.g. damaged in transit), your refund will be issued as store credit.
